Brand shoot days take the strain of finding somewhere to shoot. Perhaps you have a desk share or maybe just simply work from home and do not need a physical space for your work. All is well with this, until it comes to creating images for your business. ‘Where are we going to shoot’, I often get asked and so I have come up with a wonderful solution.
I know how important it is to find the right space and so I am proud to have partnered with some amazing venues and locations to host brand shoot days, where you can book in slots to shoot, knowing a fabulous location will be the backdrop to the adventures we will have.
You’ll book your slot online, we’ll arrange a time to chat through your shoot and any questions you have to support with your planning and then the shoot day just needs to arrive and together, we’ll create some wonderful images for your brand.

The next Brand Shoot Day is at an utterly breathtaking location, Chapel House Estate near Minster. We are spoilt for choice with the luxury interiors, with living rooms, bedrooms, the vast banqueting barn and gorgeous grounds complete with pond, walled gardens and an orchard. The newly opened venue is 5 minutes from Ramsgate by car and feels like it is a world away, immersed in so much nature. Limited sessions are available, minimum book is one hour and if you want a longer session, you are welcome to book multiple slots.

Brand Shoot Days are a dream, if you've been pondering updating your images or taking the leap to have your first brand shoot, this makes it all so easy for you.
Each shoot slot is an hour long and the shoot fee includes
* Weatherproof shoot location with gorgeous interiors & the option to explore the grounds if the weather allows
* Welcome email with guide to planning your shoot
* Pre-shoot check-in to finalise arrangements
* Dedicated time with me on location
* Previews of a hand picked selection of your images the day after our shoot
* You can expect approx 100 images from our time together
* High resolution images (12"x8" at 300dpi) edited within 7 working days and delivered via your personal online gallery

How does it work?
Shoot slots are bookable by the hour, starting at 10.00 am and running until 18.00.
Who is it for?
This is blank canvas for me. If you feel that you connect with the space and want to create some images for your brand, then let’s shoot. You may want portraits, images of you working, product photos or a blend of all of these things. You may want to bring models (eg clients or consultations or for products), you may bring your team. It is up to you!
What is included?
The minimum slot time is 1 hour, but you are welcome to book multiples if you want to shoot for longer. Across each shoot experience, the location hire, a pre-shoot zoom to plan creative together & fully edited high res images are all included.
How many images will I get?
I’ll shoot in my usual natural, documentary way to create some beautiful images for your brand. You will get 100 fully edited images within 7 working days and delivered in high res via your online gallery. Images will be sized at 12”x8” at 300dpi.
Is it possible to unload and set up ahead of my slot?
Because slots are booked back to back, it isn’t possible to start setting up ahead of your shoot as we may need to use the space. Please contact me to discuss in more detail as you might need to book a longer slot to allow for prep time.
Will there be a space to get ready?
Your shoot will start promptly at the start time booked – there is a 5 minute buffer with each shoot to allow for arriving and departing. If you want to book prep time, please email me to discuss. If you choose to book in make up, then you will naturally be on site for this ahead of your shoot slot.
Can I bring furniture and props?
Yes, but this has to be within reason. You need to factor in assistance with lifting things into the venue and set up time. If you have a large amount of items, you may need to book a 2 hour slot to give you the access you need to set up and be ready and take down at the end of the shoot. We are not able to affix things to any of the property and you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs if anything is broken or damaged by you or one of your team/attendees at the shoot.
Can I use the furniture and props there?
Yes, the owner have agreed that we can use the space as seen. However, you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs if anything is broken or damaged by you or one of your team/attendees at the shoot.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The location has many indoor spaces for us to shoot, which means we will be able to go ahead and if weather allows we can shoot outside too.
What happens if I need to cancel?
It is important to note that the shoot is non-refundable, so if you need to cancel the shoot feel will not be returned.
If something last minute happens, can I postpone?
If you need to postpone, a 25% postponement fee will be charged to transfer the shoot to a new date. The shoot must be rescheduled as close to the original date as possible. You can transfer the shoot fee for up to 1 month after the original shoot date & if you don't reschedule within this time, the shoot fee will be lost.

Hi I’m Lauren Gamble, a Makeup, Lash and Brow artist. My journey started with Makeup and I have been an MUA now for over 4 years, having worked with brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, e-commerce sites and many local brands.
I have recently become one of the Resident MUA's at Chapel House Estate and let me tell you it is INCREDIBLE. The amount of photo opportunities there is insane and I cannot wait to get going on the brand shoots here.
I ADORE my job, I love creating beautiful Cara D brows one day and going out on location to create some beautiful make up the next, getting the best possible look for their brand. People may wonder if Makeup or grooming is entirely necessary, but makeup for photography is completely different and you are trying to promote your best self and that's where I come in.
I am incredibly passionate about sustainability and creating as little waste as possible, using local brands and sourcing as many ethical products I can. My passion is skin and makeup and helping people feel their best self, which is why I love working alongside Rebecca as we both have the same values. On a side note and a little fact to leave it on, I adore pop music and cans of coke and a bit of spice girls makes me smile.
