As a radically authentic visual storyteller, capturing Norway lifestyle and branding photography enchants me to my core.

Friluftsliv is a Norwegian term meaning free air life, a philosophy to live life by. Regardless of the time of year, curious souls find their way back to nature, being in nature, seeing how precious it is and how much fulfilment can come from quality time connecting with nature. However, it isn’t just about exercise but a whole way of life. Being outdoors for physical and spiritual wellness on our beautiful planet.

When I first stumbled on this ethos it filled me with so much joy, as it is how I love to spend my life. Outdoors as much as possible, being led by nature and cyclical living guiding my life and this ripples through all that I do with photography.

I have travelled to Arctic Norway in summer, autumn and winter and have seen majestic experiences such as 24 hour daylight. As well as, seeing the sun set in deep winter, therefore it would not rise again for another 6 weeks!
