It was an absolute joy to spend time with the team at ClimatePartner for their UK corporate away day at Elmley Nature Reserve.

ClimatePartner offer companies climate action solutions: from carbon footprints and climate action strategies all the way to carbon neutral products with the support of international carbon offset projects. It was such a joy to shoot with a brand who's work is at the heart of driving change to support people and planet and you can find out more about ClimatePartner here.

I spent four hours with the team capturing relaxed images of everyone gathering and enjoying coffee, before starting on their headshots. We worked together to weave in different backdrops at Elmley, with folk gathering in small groups of 5, so that there were diversity in the background used in the headshots. In the final collection, each person was able to choose from a selection of images in both colour and black and white, so I've shared a mixture of the two here. The headshots session finished for everyone to enjoy an alfresco lunch in the Linhay, beautifully catered for by the team at Elmley.

After lunch, onsite nature expert Abbie led the team on an adventure of tree planting, extending the existing grove and these trees will play part of rewilding Elmley. The trees have been carefully selected to grow in harmony together, building a habitat that it is hoped will attract species to return to the reserve.
