Solstice blessings to you. We reach this darkest point of winter and get to celebrate the return of the light today.
And in celebration of this, I've created an ode to my love of light. It is a celebration of the love I have for chasing light, in all of its different forms and it weaves together the depth of my passion and connection to light.
I actually wrote this at the start of 2021 after a really profound breathwork session with @alexbottomley_ the words just flowed out of me.
But I didn't feel ready to share it then. For we were in lockdown and I felt so disconnected from the freedom that light chasing brings me. And then I forgot I’d written it ad stumbled on it last week.
I re-read it and still loved what I wrote. And with this Solstice and the powerful new moon in Capricorn a few days away, I feel a pull to bring it out from darkest depths of my hard drive and into the light.
It has been a heart led creation. I sang the harmonies to create the backing track and spent too long picking the photos for each part of the video.
It is the first time I have ever created something like this and so I share it today with love and light from my heart to yours.
